Performance Management International LLC is a performance facilitation firm founded in 1983 that specializes in executive career coaching and business consulting to emerging businesses and entrepreneurial organizations. Barry University commissioned Ms Kraar to create a course for its adult education program and used Breakthrough Solution as its required text. The book is available through Amazon, Fortune, and Barnes and Noble on-line as well as better bookstores. Her latest book, BreakThrough DATA  -  A Workbook and Life Journal of Discovery, Assessment, Training and Achievement will be released in late fall of 2007.
